A Little Late... Five Favourites: AUGUST!

Hi Everyone!

I'm still here! Sorry I haven't posted in a week, I've been away! Normally I have some kind of internet when I'm away but I didn't this time, I didn't even get a phone signal in the hotel! 

Anyway, I'm back now and I'm really happy about it. After being in a hotel for 6 nights I'm glad to have more space and I'll be really glad to get into my own bed! I can't believe it's September already! It's my son's birthday next month and then it's pretty much Christmas. In fact, I was at Co-op this evening and I saw chocolate Christmas tree decorations, I couldn't believe it! 

But this post isn't about shops and their advanced seasonal aisles, so here are my favourite things from the last month:

Birthdays:

I'd LOVE a cake like this, an idea for my son's birthday!

It was my birthday this month and I had a great time. I've always loved my birthdays ever since I was little, and even now at the grand old age of 22 I can't wait until my next one!

Weddings:

Cley Windmill, North Norfok

One of my best friends got married this month and I was lucky enough to be Maid of Honour. The wedding took place in a windmill and it was so unique and beautiful!

Family:

My boyfriend has been home all month and it's been lovely for the three of us to have some quality time together. He's going away this weekend, but he should be back on our son's first birthday, which will be perfect.

Blogger Competitions:

I've done a few blogger competitions this month and I've really enjoyed all of them! I have a couple more coming up and I can't wait for you to see them!

New Nail Polish Collections:

I don't know about you, but I'm VERY excited about a few new polish collections coming out soon. Autumn/Winter collections are usually really exciting for me because they usually include dark, vampy shades and.... GLITTER! 

I hope you enjoyed this month's five favourites! I'll be back onto my normal blogging schedule now, no plans to go away again!!! Hopefully this month will be full of good things for my post at the end of September.
